Bianca Veneziano

MEET BIANCA
Bianca Veneziano is the owner and operator of her business “Riddells Creek Dressage”, a 9-acre boutique property located in the Macedon Ranges. Bianca is an accredited Equestrian Australia Level 1 General Coach.
Bianca is extremely passionate about coaching, and this is seen on site at competition warmups with her students on a regular basis. She loves helping everyone irrespective of their age, discipline, or level.
Bianca thrives on coaching for consistency through a wholistic approach with the measurement of success being evidenced by her students’ results at official competitions. Her AOR students’ scores reach up to 70% and her Young Riders up to 85%.
Some of the EV yearly activities she is privileged to be involved in include the Victorian Young Rider Dressage Squad, Young Ambassador Coach 2020 & 2021, and Balcombe Grammar School Equestrian Coach.
Bianca is also an active contributor/volunteer to the sport outside of coaching & training, she is a current member of the Equestrian Victoria Coaching Committee & ongoing Sponsor of the Youth Victorian Dressage Championships annually.

- Level of competition – state, national and/or international
- Contribution to the wider coaching community within their sport - mentoring, etc.

VOTING ELIGIBILITY
You must have been a financial member at some point during the period 2020/2021 membership year to be eligible to cast a vote. You are only able to submit ONE voting form per category. The following will be deemed void and will be removed:
- duplicate votes in a category by the same member
- unfinancial members (as per time period above)
- invalid or incorrect membership numbers
