who embody exceptional sportsmanship, performance, contribution to sport, and leadership qualities within their chosen discipline.

We believe in recognising more than just winning; it’s about character and contribution. Our Top 10 finalists are invited to an exclusive training weekend, focusing on both their professional and personal growth.

This weekend is a highlight on the calendars of our Junior and Young Rider members, eagerly anticipated for its invaluable opportunities.

The Finalists’ Weekend is a vibrant showcase of all disciplines – Dressage, Eventing, Jumping, Para Equestrian and Show Horse. From this event, the top 3 shortlisted nominees emerge, invited to an interview with selectors to determine the Discipline Young Ambassador Awardee.
