The Hall of Fame award isn’t just for riders, it may be given to persons who have worked over a longer period or contributed through a number of extraordinary single efforts, for the horse, its breeding, its ‘keeping’, for equestrian sport or generally in the horse industry.
Graeme has done that in a huge way.
For more than 40 years he was the voice of the biggest events in the country, giving excitement to jumping classes, telling the story of the Garryowen, explaining the rules in a way a crowd could understand.
