About this award

The Show Horse Victoria Rider of the Year award recognises the most successful rider 18 year of age or over in the ‘Rider’ classes only, i.e. results gained as rider in horse classes are not taken into account. Applicable to the period 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021.

Eligibility

• Rider must be Equestrian Victoria registered AND
• Have permanently resided in Victoria during the applicable period
• Be 18 years of age or over as at 30 December 2020

• 2021 Equestrian Victoria Summer Show
• 2021 Sydney Royal Easter Show
