MEET BETHANY
Bethany works for Glenda and Faye Hinchliffe of Wyronga Park Equestrian Centre located in the Yarra Valley and is a valued member of the team. Bethany is responsible for the general day to day operations of the property’s top dressage horses as well as coming to competitions and looking after the presentation and organisation of the team. Bethany goes over and above and always put the horses’ welfare first.
Bethany works with a variety of horses from young horses who are competing in the young horse competitions through to FEI level.
Bethany has developed her eye for detail and the understanding of what it takes to compete and train at an elite level. Health and welfare is the number one priority when it comes to this elite level and Bethany has a solid understanding of what is involved to maintain their peak fitness.
Bethany always puts the horses first and there is no stone left unturned when it comes to their welfare. Happy to stay back to ensure all is completed and ready for the next day before leaving, and always on call to come in if needed and ensure the process runs smoothly.
During Beth’s time working with Glenda and Faye she has quickly become part of the family and is trusted to ensure everything is in top notch working order so things flow smoothly from foaling mares down to taking routine temperatures and all other welfare matters.

- Level of competition in which horses compete
- Training and self development undertaken/acquired
- Demonstrated ability to multi task, work under pressure and show initiative above and beyond job specifications

VOTING ELIGIBILITY
You must have been a financial member at some point during the 2019/2020 membership year to be eligible to cast a vote. You are only able to submit ONE voting form per category. The following will be deemed void and will be removed:
- duplicate votes in a category by the same member
- unfinancial members (as per time period above)
- invalid or incorrect membership numbers
