ABOUT THIS AWARD

This Award recognises the outstanding dedication and achievements of volunteers who have given their services to Equestrian Victoria and/or equestrian clubs and/or events in any discipline and who do not receive any rumuneration for their services.

This award is ONLY applicable to services and achievements during the period 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021. Prior services and achievements will not be considered in the judging of this category.

DEBORAH MACNICOL

Deborah MacNicol is known by all within the dressage fraternity. She tirelessly works during events from early hours until the end of the day.

She has been Dressage Chef d’Equipe, has travelled Australia as the Victorian Interschool Team Dressage Coach, and is a constant supporter and mentor of young riders in addition to her roles as steward and event organiser, mentor, and anything else than comes her way.
